my pet is CRYPTORCHID
Don't panic we do know that sometimes animals can be cryptorchid and that is okay, if your pet in under 1 year old and is cryptorchid then we will send your sweetie home to let the undescended testicle(s) drop. If your sweetie is over the age of 1 year old then please contact us and we will set up a "pre-surgery" exam with our doctor to discuss the surgery with you. If you are not sure if your pet is cryptorchid then contact us and we are happy to take a look for you to see if they are cryptorchid or not.
My female dog just went into heat before her appointment!
Don't worry! We will do the safe option and reschedule her for when she is completely finished her heat cycle 3-4 months after. It's a safety precaution our doctor likes to take to make sure there is not swelling inside while operating.
